Suzuki Scooters

There is no doubt about it. Suzuki scooters are top drawer. These are not just fun, economical transport. Suzuki scooters are the best of the best. Beautifully styled and full of features to make your scooter experience safe and sensational, Suzuki scooters are like wow! No compromises with these machines. Here is my favorite model:

2009 Suzuki Burgman 400/400ABS

This scooter is aggressive enough to demand the respect of all the two-wheeled vehicles on the road today. Yet it is built jam-packed with all the features that are making Suzuki scooters so popular these days. It starts on the inside with engine features like:

-Idle Speed Control (ISC) system to ensure optimal idling no mater what conditions are.

-Euro 3 emissions standards (as well the tight Suzuki scooter tolerances) are easily meet by the highly effective oval section exhaust system.

-Low emissions and reduced fuel consumption and easy starting are achieved with an electronic fuel injection system (beyond state-of-the art for a scooter).

- Emissions are further reduced by implementing an electronically controlled pulsed-air injection system (PAIR)

While the engine is the heart of soul of this beast, there are plenty of other hard-core “love em, got-to-have em” features that most Suzuki scooters share, such as:

-An instrument panel that not only looks hot, it sports a read-at-a-glance analog speedometer and tachometer combined with LCD odometer, twin tripmeters, clock and average fuel-consumption meter.

-Improved air-flow and rider comfort are provided by a large windshield—the standard for Suzuki scooters, And comfort and control are further enhanced by the suspension and shock system with 7-way adjustable spring preload and telescopic front fork with 41 millimeter inner tubes.

-Extra-large storage capacity, a full 62 liters all safely tucked under the seat of the high-tensile steel-tube frame, offers space large enough for two full-face helmets.

There are other great state-of-the-art features that offer utility and convenience not often found in motor scooters, but that are part of the standard used for all Suzuki scooters, such as:

-A glove-box compartment with DC-electrical accessory outlets with a 2nd and 3rd storage compartment above the glovebox.

-A large, cushioned rider seat, with a backrest for the passenger and a rider backrest that can be adjusted to your own most-comfortable position.

-A special magnetic ignition switch cover for added security, including a built-in latch operation.

Of course, that’s only my preference, if you have the money, you can also go for one of these Suzuki scooters:

The 2009 Burman 400ABS adds an anti-lock braking system to the Suzuki scooter features above.

The 2009 Burgman 650 adds tons of engine enhancements including a 638 cc liquid-cooled engine (38.9 cu.in) with DOHC.

The 2009 Burgman 650 Executive model offers the features of the 650 with ABS and a power windscreen.
